I figure I should keep a record of the avatars I use. I find it easier to remeber the avatars of other DeviantArtists than their names. More than once I've glanced at the gallery of someone and spotted an old avatar which left me thinking, "Hey! I remember that artist!" and have gone back and looked through their work a little closer as a result. In addition, there's been artists with avatars I've really liked, but when they change it and they don't save their old ones, I kinda miss the art. So, I'll keep a record to help anyone out. Besides, I just like to remember which avatars I've used myself.

This avatar was nothing special. It's a crop off from strip #6, and it is an expression of Lute's that really captures his character. In fact, it's one of the best expressions I've drawn him with. Also, this drawing stands out better than many others simply because it scales down REALLY well. I've used it for my site's button, too. That's why I need to change my avatar: seeing that face twice at the top of my DA page is redundant.
